Terms and Conditions

These terms set out the rules for using our site. By browsing it or sending the contact form you accept the conditions below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Who we are

This site is run by Wavenity Agency, a web development studio that builds WordPress sites, WooCommerce stores and Laravel applications. Our contact details are on the contact page and in the footer of every page.

What this site is for

The site is a showcase: it describes our services, presents completed projects and publishes articles. The information here is given in good faith and kept up to date, but it is general in nature and does not replace a conversation about your own project.

Nothing published here is a binding offer. Work begins only after a discussion and a contract signed by both parties, setting out the scope, the schedule and the price.

The contact form

The form is for project enquiries. Please fill in real details and do not send unlawful or offensive content, or unsolicited advertising. We reserve the right not to reply to messages unrelated to our work.

A message sent through the form creates no contractual obligation for either party. The details you submit are processed in line with our privacy policy.

Copyright

The text, images, code, design and other material published on this site belong to us or are used with the owners’ permission. You are welcome to read our pages and share links to them, but copying, republishing or commercial use of the material without our written consent is not allowed.

Client names and logos in the case studies belong to those companies and are used only to identify the projects we worked on.

Using the site

Please do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the servers it runs on, overload the infrastructure with automated requests, or upload content that could affect how it works. We make reasonable efforts to keep the site available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service: maintenance, updates or problems at our providers may cause downtime.

Links to other sites

Some pages may link to sites run by third parties. We include them because we find them useful, but we do not control their content and take no responsibility for what you find there. Once you leave our site, the terms of the site you land on apply.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for losses arising from decisions taken solely on the basis of the general information published here. Liability for contracted work is set out in the contract signed for each individual project.

Changes

We may update these terms when our services or the legal requirements change. The version published on this page is the one in force, so it is worth re-reading now and then.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law in force at the agency’s registered office. We try to settle any disagreement amicably first; failing that, the courts at our registered office have jurisdiction.

Contact

For questions about these terms, write to us through the form on the contact page.
